CUSTOM ORDER INFO

  • Please go into as much detail as you can! And feel free to include pictures, links etc. to help me get a better idea of what you’re wanting

  • Please leave me a good contact for you, this is what I will use to contact you about your request/order

  • Price is based on the type of garment you are wanting, the materials I will need to produce the product, and the time it will take to complete

  • A $15 deposit will be required after you submit your form. THIS WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE FINAL PRICE OF YOUR ITEM (I will subtract $15 from the final total of your item and that will be the remaining balance you will need to pay) This is just to protect my time and to secure your spot

  • IMPORTANT: Once your garment and design have been finalized, your deposit is paid, and the materials are ordered, NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE. Unfortunately, I can make no exceptions to this. I am more than  happy to spend as much time as necessary discussing your project at the beginning and making sure it is exactly what you are looking for before starting the project. I just can’t afford to start over in the middle 

  • USPS shipping with tracking # is provided for every order

  • Processing time varies, but you can generally expect your item within 2-4 weeks

  • You will be contacted within 2-5 business days through your provided method of contact about your order once YOUR FORM & DEPOSIT are received 

  • After I reach out to you about your custom order, we will finalize the design and materials and I will send you the invoice for the remaining balance of your order. Once the remaining balance is paid I can order the materials and get started on your creation! I will contact you updating you on the progress of your order
